Reminders:
- For individual applications, personal appearance is required if the passport is issued in areas outside the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Beijing (i.e. outside of Hebei, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan, Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet).
- Regular processing of visa takes five (5) working days from the date of receipt of application. An overtime fee of RMB190.00 shall be collected for urgent processing, to be released one working day from the date of receipt.
- Visa fee for 9(A) Pleasure/Business Visa (pay in exact amount):
RMB 190.00 - Chinese nationals (single entry)
For other nationals, visa fees vary. (Please consult the Cashier/ Collecting Officer.)
- Filing of visa applications:
Monday to Friday (except holidays), 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Releasing of visa:
Monday to Friday (except holidays), 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- The applicant or his/her representative is responsible for checking the visa upon its release from the Consular Section of the Embassy. Please inform the Consular Assistant/Officer immediately if there are discrepancies in the information in the visa issued, so that the visa may be replaced.
9(A) Pleasure Visa (Temporary Visitors Visa for Individuals):
- Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Two (2) completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
- Proof of financial capacity through any one of the following documents:
- Certificate of employment detailing applicant’s position, salary and length of employment, written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal (retirement certificate if already retired)
- Certificate of property ownership with its English translation
- Certificate of bank deposit (at least RMB 20,000) with bank chop/ seal
- Letter of invitation from a reputable Philippine organization or from a Filipino citizen with attached copy of his/her passport or government issued identification card
- Confirmed return/onward passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy; and
- For minors under 15 years of age – copy of birth certificate with English translation
For minors under 15 years of age, unaccompanied by a parent or not joining a parent (apply for Waiver of Exclusion Ground with the Immigration at the port of entry)
- Any of the parents must personally come to the embassy to execute the Affidavit of Request and Consent (fee of RMB 190). Submit two (2) copies of birth certificate of the minor, two (2) copies of parent’s passport & two (2) copies of passport of the accompanying adult.
- Visa fee of RMB 190.00 *The Consular Officer may require the submission of additional supporting documents, refuse a visa application, or deny a visa issuance as warranted in accordance with existing rules and regulations of the Philippine Government. Applicant/s may be required to come to the Embassy for an interview if the Consular Officer finds it necessary.
9(A) Business visa (Temporary Visitors Visa for Individuals):
- Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Two (2) completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
- Letter of introduction from employer-company written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal;
- Letter of invitation from Philippine company or event organizer, with attached copy of the company’s S.E.C., DTI registration or Mayor’s business permit and copy of passport or any government issued ID of the signatory. If invitation is signed by a foreigner- please attach copy of passport and copy of a valid Philippine visa. Invitation must indicate period of stay in the Philippines
- Confirmed return/onward passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy; and
- Visa fee of RMB 190.00

9( C ) Seaman/ Crew member:
- Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Two (2) completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
- Confirmed passage/ airline ticket and its photocopy;
- Certificate of employment/ introduction letter from employer-company written in English or with an English translation with signature of authorized officer of the company and company chop/ seal, letter of invitation from Shipping/ Maritime company in Philippines; and
- Visa fee of RMB 144.00
9 (A) Business Visa for foreign newsmen and journalists intending to visit the Philippines:
- Passport or travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;
- Two (2) completed visa application (2-sided) forms with photographs;
- Curriculum vitae of newsman/journalist;
- Shortlist of work credits;
- Copy of one (1) sample article written by newsman/journalist;
- Background of media organization, including target market/audience, circulation, format;
- Letter of endorsement from the agency they represent;
- Certification from their respective Embassy in the Philippines;
- Visa fee of RMB 190.00;
- Administrative arrangements for the work in the Philippines:
- List of members of the reportorial team, nationalities and passport details;
- Contact person in the Philippines
- Planned itinerary and activities, with storyline for any films to be made;
- List of equipment to be carried by each team member, with certification from the media organization that said equipment will be re-exported at the end of trip to the Philippines;
- Flight details (arrival & departure); and
- For each team member, three (3) pieces of 2” x 2” colored photographs with white background, which shall be submitted to International Press Center (IPQ) upon arrival in Manila, for the accreditation card.
Note:
Upon arrival in the Philippines foreign newsmen/journalists have to present themselves at the International Press Center Office for accreditation.

申请人或其代表负责在使馆领事处签发签证时对其进行检查。如签发的签证信息有差异,请立即通知领事助理/官员,以便更换签证。

通过以下任何文件证明财务能力:
就业证明,详细说明申请人的职位、薪水和工作年限,用英文书写或附有英文翻译,并附有公司授权人员的签名和公司印章/印章(如果已经退休,则为退休证明)
财产所有权证明及其英文翻译
银行存款证明(至少人民币20,000元),加盖银行印章
菲律宾知名组织或菲律宾公民的邀请函,附上护照或政府签发的身份证复印件
已确认的返程/续程/机票及其复印件;和
对于 15 岁以下的未成年人 - 出生证明复印件和英文翻译
对于 15 岁以下的未成年人,没有父母陪同或不与父母一起(在入境口岸向移民局申请豁免排除理由)
任何父母必须亲自到使馆签署请求和同意宣誓书(费用190元人民币)。提交两 (2) 份未成年人出生证明复印件、两 (2) 份父母护照复印件和两 (2) 份随行成人护照复印件。

雇主公司的介绍信,用英文或英文翻译,由公司授权人员签名和公司印章/印章;
菲律宾公司或活动组织者的邀请函,附上公司的 S.E.C.、DTI 注册或市长的营业执照副本以及护照或任何政府签发的签字人身份证复印件。如果邀请函是由外国人签署的,请附上护照复印件和有效的菲律宾签证复印件。邀请函必须注明在菲律宾的逗留期限
